Modular Cable Sealing System

The RB type block installation procedures is simple and  - can always be finished on site since these blocks themselves compensate for any surprise or last minute changes. An existing seal can easily be re-opened at a later time for cable or pipe additions and re-configurations

The RB blocks are designed not only to meet the specific demands in this industry. They also provide an unmatched flexibility that will save time and reduce cost.

The RB (Regular variable diameter blocks) types has  Removable Layers with a centre core. One single block can seal cables or pipes of several different diameters simply by peeling factory fitted layers away from the Block halves until a perfect fit is achieved. 
 Peel away layers to adjust to different cable or pipe diameters.

DG is standard frame with flange of MCT Packing System where the  opening is not exactly adapted the dimension of opening inside the frame. DG has four standard sizes of DG 2, DG 4, DG 6, DG 8, It has standard dimensions of internal width 120.5mm and depth 60 mm. Multiple frames consist two or more arranged either horizontally, vertically or a combination of both. 
 
The flange width is 60mm. DG frame are made of mild steel (primed or galvanized) or stainless steel.

The wedge is in single piece and is used for sealing the transit. This single piece is easy to install and remove  and has bolts in front for ease of operation, it can be inserted at the top or bottom of a frame or between row of packing blocks.
